1. INTRODUZIONE ALL’ARGOMENTO
Il coaching per l'occupabilità degli studenti con disabilità e difficoltà di apprendimento gioca un ruolo cruciale nel favorire l'inclusione e migliorare il successo professionale. Questo modulo è pensato per fornire agli educatori gli strumenti e le tecniche necessarie per supportare queste persone nel superare le sfide uniche che si trovano ad affrontare nel mercato del lavoro.
Inizieremo esplorando le definizioni e le sfide specifiche legate alle difficoltà
di apprendimento e alle difficoltà nell'ambiente di lavoro, ponendo le basi per capire come un coaching
mirato possa fare una differenza significativa.
Il modulo si addentra poi nella pianificazione della carriera e nella definizione degli obiettivi, fornendo
strategie per aiutare gli studenti a fissare obiettivi realistici e raggiungibili e a tracciare in modo efficace
i loro percorsi di carriera.
Le abilità comunicative e le relazioni professionali sono fondamentali per il successo sul posto di lavoro: vengono illustrati i metodi per migliorare queste abilità e costruire connessioni professionali significative.
Infine, la gestione dello stress è una componente fondamentale di questo modulo, che offre spunti per identificare i fattori di stress e implementare tecniche per mantenere il benessere e la produttività.
Sono inclusi esercizi pratici e attività per aiutare gli educatori a sviluppare le loro capacità di coaching, con particolare attenzione all'occupabilità. Vengono inoltre evidenziate ricerche recenti, metodologie comprovate e casi di studio per fornire approcci basati sull'evidenza ed esempi di vita reale.
