Mentoring sul posto di lavoro per studenti con difficoltà di apprendimento. L'obiettivo principale è capire come sostenere e costruire la relazione con il tuo mentee, come sviluppare un modo responsabile di affrontare i nuovi compiti e le nuove responsabilità e dare feedback.
