1. UVOD

Mentorstvo na radnom mjestu za učenike s teškoćama u učenju i invaliditetom ima za cilj omogućiti bolje razumijevanje kako pružiti podršku mentoriranim osobama (mentee), izgraditi kvalitetan mentorski odnos te ih usmjeriti ka odgovornom pristupu novim zadacima i obavezama. Također, naglasak je na razvijanju učinkovitih metoda davanja povratnih informacija koje potiču učenje i profesionalni razvoj.
