3. Inclusive learning environments for employability

1. Introduction to Topic

This training module introduces basic topics that allow participants to get an introduction to inclusive learning environments for employability. Key topics include the involvement of volunteers in supporting young people at risk of school failure, social policy and pedagogical aspects that create a framework for successful labour market entry for people with disabilities.

To work with this target group, it is essential to master selected techniques and methods such as person-centred planning and transit programmes. This knowledge is covered in the next topic area of this module. Collaboration with local communities and organisations is also an important aspect and is covered in the next part of the training programme.

Safe learning environments and regular evaluation of inclusive practice are the themes that conclude the necessary knowledge for inclusive learning environments for employability.
