Young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities frequently encounter systemic barriers when moving from education into adult life and employment. Across Europe, this group often faces poor access to continuing education, segregated vocational training, and resulting high unemployment rates. The Good Job! project provides a comprehensive, innovative methodology and tangible resources aimed at supporting the transition of young people with learning disabilities and difficulties from school to adulthood and employment. Our overarching goal is to enable transformation and change through trained educators, youth workers, and inclusive workplace environments.

The methodology and all accompanying outputs are new, digital, and freely accessible on our bespoke digital learning platform. By using these innovative, tested tools, you can actively reduce the potential for learner drop-out, overcome biases, and improve the chances for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to secure independence.
