“Good Job!” TPM`s

18/06/2025

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Good Job!” (Project No. 2023-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000156509), aimed at facilitating the transition of young people with disabilities from education to employment, three key Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) have already taken place. A final meeting is planned for September 2025 in Turin, Italy.

These meetings have been crucial not only for strategic coordination and project monitoring but also for strengthening international collaboration and aligning approaches to support the project’s target groups. Here is a look back at the main milestones.

The first in-person meeting took place on January 25–26, 2024, in the town of Bergerac, France. This Kick-Off Meeting marked the official start of the project and brought together all partner organisations for the first time.

Over two productive days, partners introduced their organisations, reviewed project objectives, and defined responsibilities across the different Work Packages. A key moment was the workshop on terminology and target groups, led by partners from Italy and Croatia, which aimed to ensure a shared understanding among all teams.

Another focus was Work Package 2 (WP2), where tasks were distributed for the preparatory phase, the development of an assessment tool, and the planning of the future training event in Spain. Discussions also included management procedures, quality assurance, dissemination strategies, and project sustainability (WPs 1 and 5). Cultural activities and group dinners helped foster a strong collaborative spirit.

The second TPM was held online over two days, November 6–7, 2024, offering a space to advance technical work and refine project timelines.

The first day focused on finalising WP3, including the coaching and mentoring framework, the Genially-based training modules, and the blended training structure. Partners also reviewed deadlines for training implementation, feedback collection, and quality monitoring.

On the second day, attention shifted to WP4, especially the development of the Transition Mentor’s Toolkit—a resource designed to support inclusive strategies in schools and workplaces. Partners also began planning the piloting phase, which involves testing tools and training with young people with disabilities in real-world settings.

Despite being virtual, the meeting maintained strong engagement and helped align the next steps leading up to the spring meeting in Prague.

The third TPM was held in person on March 24–25, 2025, hosted by the Czech partner Jabok in Prague. This meeting provided a valuable opportunity to evaluate progress and set the course for the final implementation phase.

The agenda included updates on financial management, quality assurance, dissemination, and impact evaluation. A comprehensive review of WP3 confirmed that most training materials had been finalised and piloted successfully.

Work continued on WP4, particularly the Transition Mentor’s Toolkit and the pilot protocols. Discussions also began on WP5, which covers the development of the Sustainability Pack, a toolkit to help embed the project’s methods within training institutions and workplaces. Partners outlined what remains to be done, including the completion of the digital learning platform and planning for the final TPM and dissemination events.

Cultural and social activities, such as dinners in local venues, further deepened the team’s sense of unity and shared purpose.

The final TPM will take place in Turin, Italy, in September 2025. This conclusive event will serve to evaluate the overall outcomes, validate the final products, and ensure the tools developed are ready for long-term use beyond the project’s end.

It will also offer a space for reflection, knowledge sharing, and the celebration of the collective efforts made to promote better inclusion of young people with disabilities across Europe.
