Transnational Project Meeting in Prague
As part of the international Erasmus+ project "Good Job!", three TPMs (Transnational Project Meetings) have been held so far, with the main goal of regularly reflecting on the progress of the work to date, sharing the experiences of individual partners, and jointly planning the next steps in individual work packages. These meetings are a key element of international cooperation and enable a personal exchange of views and a deeper understanding of the project's objectives across cultural and professional contexts.
The last of these meetings took place on March 24-25, 2025, in the heart of Prague, at Jabok – College of Social Pedagogy and Theology. The two-day work program was intense and very enriching.

The meeting program included, in particular, the evaluation of the outputs of work packages WP3 and WP4 and the planning of future activities within WP5. The first day began with an update on information related to project management (WP1). We addressed not only financial management issues, but also new requirements from national agencies in the second year of the project. Much attention was also paid to quality assurance, impact assessment, and the further direction of dissemination activities.
During the morning session, the final revision of WP3 was discussed in detail – partners shared their experiences, presented interactive modules created in the Genially tool, discussed the status of the teaching platform, and shared insights from pilot blended learning activities that took place with target groups. Overall, the WP3 outputs were evaluated positively.
The afternoon sessions focused on work package WP4. The Czech and Croatian teams presented a proposal for tools designed for so-called "Transition Mentors" – people who support young people in their transition from vocational education to the labour market. There was a discussion about the form of the pilot protocol and other steps needed to test the tools in practice. The atmosphere was very cooperative and constructive, which was reflected in the specific conclusions and agreed tasks.
The program also included an informal meeting of the partners. This social evening contributed to strengthening interpersonal relationships within the team, sharing cultural experiences, and informal reflection on the day.
The second day was devoted entirely to looking ahead to the future – planning activities within WP5. The creation of a "Sustainability Pack" was discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the creation of communication materials for schools and employers, as well as content proposals for the implementation of the "Good Job!" program in schools and workplaces. The finalization of the digital teaching platform and the preparation of the final evaluation report were also discussed.
At the end of the meeting, organizational matters for the last TPM, which should take place in September 2025 in Turin, Italy, were discussed. The need for a high-quality dissemination campaign and the planning of so-called multiplier events were also mentioned.
Overall, the Prague meeting took place in a very productive and friendly atmosphere. It contributed not only to strengthening international cooperation, but also to clarifying individual tasks, their time frames, and responsibilities. The "Good Job!" project thus continues to move forward with a clear vision and a motivated team of partners.
